TRANSGENDER CONTESTANT in the Miss Universe Pageant!
I overheard that The Miss U disqualified the candidate of Miss Canada who happened to be a transgender. But the decision was overturned and so reactions from the universe came in full circle.
To our left and right the issue is confronting us.
What is my take? Let me repost here my shout out in facebook:

Climate Change gives us the following?:

Ilan lang yan sa napakaraming masasamang epekto ng pagbabago ng ating klima.
Pero ang napansin ko, hindi tayo ganuon kaaktibong magkomento sa environmental issue.
Lalong kulang na kulang ang ating pagkilos para matugunan ito.
Mas active ang mga social network sites sa ibang issuess lalo na sa transgender issue.
Hindi kaya namamali tayo ng pagtutuunang problema? O kaya ay nag-aaksaya ng panahon sa walang gaanong kuwenta?
Kasi kahit na totoong babae o transgender man ang maging Miss Universe ...
Kung wasak naman ang mundo dahil sa climate change ...
May silbi ba ang magkaroon ng Miss Universe? Miss World? Miss Earth?
