SPAGHETTI ALA DIKO

Whenever I am exempted from the kitchen, it is my son, Amiel Adrian who does the cooking.  We fondly called him, Diko, being the second son in the family.

One afternoon, he served us with this:

Sphagetti ala Diko

Being in charged to  the grocery, I didn't remember buying ground pork for the spaghetti.  So I asked him, how come he was able to cook spaghetti.  Diko Amiel told me no ground pork was used for the spaghetti.  Instead, he substituted crushed boiled eggs for the meat.  He said he learned about it on youtube.  When I tried it, not bad.  For those who prefer a meatless spaghetti, this is a better alternative.  More so if your budget is too tight to buy ground pork which happens to us from time to time.

At least, there is a sense of Diko Amiel's gluing  his eyes on youtube.

And best, my other children have no complaints about our Spaghetti ala Diko.  Hehehehehe!

Thanks to our cook, Diko Amiel Adrian!
